With over 30 years of experience in the field of Organizational Development Leslie D’souza is committed to helping organizations discover their human potential and make cultures come alive.
Leslie holds a Master’s Degree in Management from India’s reputed Business School – Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies – Mumbai and has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, majoring in Economics and Statistics.
Leslie is the Chairman and Managing Director of PrePearl Training Development Pvt. Ltd. and also the President of Grid Organisation Development, the Partner of Grid International, Inc., USA. He has conducted Grid seminars for a cross-section of industries in India and abroad, some of them along with Dr. Robert Blake, the co-founder of the Grid theory. He has also been part of the core team for the redesign of the Leadership Grid book ‘The Power to Change’, the Leadership Grid Seminar, as well as for the Building Spectacular Teams design. He continues to be a part of the international research and product development team. He was CEO of Ion Exchange Training Resources for 6 years.
Leslie has taught at India’s leading Business schools and is a licensed MBTI user. He represents Belbin Associates in India.
Leonard D’Costa

Leonard D’costa is a Thought Leader, Executive Coach and Facilitator. He is a Partner of Grid Organisation Development and on the advisory board of several Institutes of Management and Hospitality Education.
Len is a graduate from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a Fellow of the Hotel and Catering International Management Association, UK (FHCIMA).
Len worked with the Taj group of Hotels and was Vice President Corporate Human Resources. His last assignment was President – Corporate Development and Human Resources of Piramal Enterprises Limited.
He is involved in the development of Educational Institutes, the promotion of Services Sciences, and in the transformation of organizations, institutions and personal lives through motivation, continuous learning and leadership.
P. Rajasekharan

An independent consultant and Director of Realyze Consulting, Rajasekharan is a certified BCoach from Leadu, USA. His Vision is to be a catalyst to Organisations and individuals to realise their full potential.
Rajasekharan has work experience of over 25 years with more than 15 years with Mastek Ltd, a Global software services firm. He has an excellent track record of having led the Operations of a 2500+ people Co., catalysing Organisational and Process changes, Managing the software delivery unit and also directly managing projects.
Mr. Hariprasad Menon
Partner – GRID Organisation Development, India.
Hariprasad Menon is a consultant who brings with him an experience of over 25 years. He has successfully led startups and been a member of the senior management in various organizations. He has done his Master’s in Physics and Diploma in Labour Law.
Over the years Hari has been associated with brands like HCL, Microland, Compaq, IBM, i-flex, Etisalat, Emircom and UAE Exchange.
He believes that today more than ever, Human Resource Management is as critical a component of business planning as any other function like marketing or finance. Good HR management will deliver good business results. The converse is equally true. He is a passionate OD practitioner and is committed to helping organizations realize the adage that people are an organization’s most valuable asset.
